The Best Words to Use on a Resume

The # 1 Resume ‘sin’ I see on resumes I review is the over-use of a single phrase like ‘Responsible for’, and ‘Managed’. While you may have been responsible FOR that job duty, it is time to take an initiative and bring your resume out of an antiquated format and utilize words that really describe what you can do for a company.

I offer to you my very favorite, powerful, and action-oriented words. These are resume gold – not only on Applicant Tracking Systems, and Keyword scanners, but also to a recruiter. Do yourself a favor and use these words on your resume.

Words BETTER than Managed. 🙂
